Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? after 5 years as a nurse's aide

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. Thank you in advance. I also did a résumé workshop at the library.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
