Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? after 5 years as a hotel front-desk agent

I have been applying to about 5 jobs a week as a hotel front-desk agent, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. What do you record?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
