Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? after 4 years as an IT help-desk technician

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
