Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? after 4 years as a call-centre agent

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. My state says to keep records for a year. Do interviews and workshops count?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
