Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? after 3 years as a warehouse supervisor

I have been applying to about 3 jobs a week as a warehouse supervisor, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
