Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? after 18 years as a procurement assistant

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
