Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? after 17 years as a forklift operator

I have been applying to about 17 jobs a week as a forklift operator, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I also did a résumé workshop at the library.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
