Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? after 15 years as an office manager

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. What do you record?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
