Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? after 14 years as a hotel front-desk agent

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
