Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? after 13 years as an accounts payable clerk

I have been applying to about 13 jobs a week as an accounts payable clerk, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
