Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? after 13 years as a sales associate

I have been applying to about 13 jobs a week as a sales associate, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
