Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? after 12 years as a janitorial supervisor

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. I worked as a janitorial supervisor before this. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. What do you record?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
