Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? after 12 years as a bookkeeper

I have been applying to about 12 jobs a week as a bookkeeper, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I do not usually post, so bear with me. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
