Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? after 11 years as a bookkeeper

I have been applying to about 11 jobs a week as a bookkeeper, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been weighing on me all week. I also did a résumé workshop at the library.

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
