Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be?, administrative assistant here

I have been applying to about 11 jobs a week as an administrative assistant, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. What do you record?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
