Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be?

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Do interviews and workshops count?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
