Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be?

I have been applying to about 14 jobs a week as an accounts payable clerk, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. Thank you in advance. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. What do you record?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
