Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be?

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. It has been a long 8 weeks. My state says to keep records for a year. What do you record?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
