Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - 6 months and counting

I have been applying to about 17 jobs a week as a customer-service rep, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I worked as a customer-service rep before this. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
