Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - 6 months and counting

I have been applying to about 7 jobs a week as a graphic designer, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
