Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be?

I have been applying to about 10 jobs a week as a medical assistant, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been a long 4 weeks. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
