Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - 4 months and counting

I have been applying to about 5 jobs a week as a pharmacy technician, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. My state says to keep records for a year.

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
