Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - 25 weeks in

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. It has been weighing on me all week. My state says to keep records for a year. What do you record?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
