Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - 22 weeks in

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
