Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - 20 weeks in

I have been applying to about 5 jobs a week as a marketing coordinator, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. Any experience at all would help. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
