Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - 2 months and counting

I have been applying to about 12 jobs a week as a delivery driver, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I have been trying to stay organised about it. My state says to keep records for a year.

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
