Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - 2 months and counting

I have been applying to about 4 jobs a week as a delivery driver, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I worked as a delivery driver before this. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Has anyone been audited?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
