Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - 18 weeks in

I have been applying to about 5 jobs a week as a warehouse supervisor, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been a long 18 weeks. My state says to keep records for a year. What do you record?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
