Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - 14 weeks in

I have been applying to about 6 jobs a week as a barista, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. What do you record?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
