Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - 14 weeks in

I have been applying to about 6 jobs a week as a software tester, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I also did a résumé workshop at the library.

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
