Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - 13 months and counting

I have been applying to about 9 jobs a week as an accounts payable clerk, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I worked as an accounts payable clerk before this. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair.

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
