Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - 13 months and counting

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. This is my first time dealing with any of this. My state says to keep records for a year. Do interviews and workshops count?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
