Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - 12 weeks in

I have been applying to about 11 jobs a week as a forklift operator, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Do interviews and workshops count?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
