Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - 12 months and counting

I have been applying to about 4 jobs a week as a quality inspector, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
