Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - 12 months and counting

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Has anyone been audited?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
