Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - 12 months and counting

I have been applying to about 15 jobs a week as a hotel front-desk agent, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. Any experience at all would help. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
