Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - 11 months and counting

I have been applying to about 5 jobs a week as an HR coordinator, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I worked as an HR coordinator before this. My state says to keep records for a year. Do interviews and workshops count?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
