Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - 11 months and counting

I have been applying to about 14 jobs a week as a web developer, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I worked as a web developer before this. My state says to keep records for a year.

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
