Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - 11 months and counting

I have been applying to about 5 jobs a week as a customer-service rep, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. My state says to keep records for a year.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
