Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - 10 months and counting

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
