Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be?

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. I worked as a data-entry clerk before this. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
