Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be?

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. It has been a long 22 weeks. My state says to keep records for a year. What do you record?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
