What counts as a work search for weekly certification? (Wichita)

I have been applying to about 6 jobs a week as a security officer, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
