What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - what worked for you?

I have been applying to about 10 jobs a week as a delivery driver, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been weighing on me all week. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Has anyone been audited?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
