What counts as a work search for weekly certification? - what worked for you?

I have been applying to about 16 jobs a week as a recruiter, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I am in Little Rock, in case local advice matters. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. What do you record?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
