What counts as a work search for weekly certification? (update)

I have been applying to about 3 jobs a week as a bookkeeper, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I also did a résumé workshop at the library.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
