What counts as a work search for weekly certification? (update)

I have been applying to about 6 jobs a week as an accounts payable clerk, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I worked as an accounts payable clerk before this. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Has anyone been audited?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
