What counts as a work search for weekly certification? (update)

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. I am in St. Louis, in case local advice matters. My state says to keep records for a year.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
