What counts as a work search for weekly certification? (update)

I have been applying to about 7 jobs a week as a welding apprentice, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I worked as a welding apprentice before this. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Has anyone been audited?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
