What counts as a work search for weekly certification? (update)

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Has anyone been audited?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
